Two detectives who are up to their necks in trouble and in each other's face, as they try to shut down a drug-trafficking scheme that could be connected with international ties to organized crime. But in the midst of their investigation, innocent immigrant dock worker Luk Wan-Ting gets caught up in the mix when he witnesses the murder of an intelligence operative and is framed for the crime.
Mafia din Hong Kong devine un ghimpe în coasta serviciilor secrete internaționale! Doi polițiști din Hong Kong investighează afacerile murdare ale unei rețele de crimă organizată. Ancheta merge destul de greu, rețeaua având legături la nivel înalt chiar și în serviciile secrete americane. Cartelul drogurilor ordonă asasinarea unui agent CIA. Probele duc către un imigrant nevinovat căruia i se înscenează oribila crimă. Investigația detectivilor scoate la iveală numeroase fărădelegi. Sunt puși în situația de a nu mai avea încredere nici în martorul cheie, dar nici în ceilalți polițiști.
