When a Pulitzer Prize-winning reporter is killed in a mass murder in a Barcelona hotel room, maverick reporter Dan Kovaks, the dead journalist's brother, launches an investigation all his own. But now he and his hard-driving producer, Alejandra Velor, are being hunted by the killers and a vast network of government agents on both sides of a military conflict brewing in North Korea. But who's working for whom and who can be trusted? Când un reporter care a câştigat premiul Pulitzer este ucis într-o cameră de hotel din Barcelona, în timpul unei crime în masă, fratele reporterului, Dan Kovaks, începe o investigaţie pe cont propriu. Dar acum, el şi producătoarea lui Alejandra Velor sunt vânaţi de către criminali şi de către o vastă reţea de agenţi guvernamentali de partea ambelor părţi dintr-un conflict militar iscat în Korea de Nord. Dar cine lucrează pentru cine şi în cine se poate avea încredere? Acestea sunt întrebările pe care şi le pun Dan şi Alejandra în timp ce se luptă pentru a rămâne în viaţă.
