Mitch Robbins 40th birthday begins quite well until he returns home and finds his brother Glen, the black sheep of the family, in his sofa. Nevertheless he is about to have a wonderful birthday-night with his wife when he discovers a treasure map of Curly by chance. Together with Phil and unfortunately Glen he tries to find the hidden gold of Curly's father in the desert of Arizona.
Ziua celei de-a 40-a aniversari a lui Mitch Robbins (Billy Crystal) nu pare sa fie inceput tocmai cu dreptul. Dupa ce ca avusese o zi grea la serviciu, odata ajuns acasa, Mitch are neplacuta surpriza de a-l gasi tolanit pe canapeaua sa pe Glen, nimeni altul decat fratele sau, considerat oaia neagra a familiei.Cu toate acestea, Mitch tot mai spera ca ar putea petrece o seara minunata alaturi de sotia sa. La un moment dat insa, Mitch descopera din intamplare o harta care-l face sa-si piarda mintil…
