With 'little captain' Cambrai raising serious doubts about the reality of the so-called "super spy", Colonel Toulouse kidnaps Christine and forces Francois to play again the character of "The Tall Blond Man with One Black Shoe" in some fake adventures. All this to stop the investigation into the death of Colonel Milan.
Francois Perrin este un violonist cam aiurit, implicat fara voie intr-o afacere de spionaj, de care nici n-are habar. Insusi marele boss Louis Toulouse ordona inlaturarea muzicianului, care insa evita anihilarea, de fapt netrecandu-i nicio clipa prin minte ca cineva ar dori sa-i faca vreun rau. Superba iubita a violonistului, Christine, este evident implicata si ea, iar scenele de un umor irezistibil nu intarzie sa apara.
