Cousins, Bo and Luke Duke, with the help of their eye-catching cousin, Daisy and moonshine-running Uncle Jesse, try and save the family farm from being destroyed by Hazzard County's corrupt commissioner, Boss Hogg. Their efforts constantly find the 'Duke Boys' eluding authorities in 'The General Lee', their 1969 orange Dodge Charger that keeps them one step ahead of the dimwitted antics of the small southern town's Sheriff, Roscoe P. Coltrane.
Băieţii familiei Duke, Bo (Seann William Scott) şi Luke (Johnny Knoxville) alături de superba Daisy Duke (Jessica Simpson) şi Unchiul Jesse (Willie Nelson), încearcă să salveze ferma familiei din Hazzard County de lăcomia lui Boss Hogg (Burt Reynolds). Eforturile acestuia de a pune mâna pe proprietate sunt date peste cap de „Băieţii Duke – The Duke Boys”. Acţiunea ajunge la cote maxime în renumitul lor Dodge Charger portocaliu, denumit “General Lee”, iar distracţia are o acceleraţie uluitoare, în acest film de lung-metraj realizat după serialul cu acelaşi nume.
