Psychotic Angela is itching to do what she does best: slaughter dozens of teenage campers. As luck would have it, the previous site of her murders has been renamed and converted into an experimental summer camp meant to bring together privileged and lower-class teens. On the day the youths are boarding the buses to camp, Angela runs over a potential camper with a garbage truck and assumes her identity. Once she has infiltrated the camp, the real terror begins.
Psihotica Angela este nerăbdătoare să facă ceea ce știe cel mai bine: să măcelărească zeci de adolescenți. Norocul a făcut ca locul anterior al crimelor ei să fie redenumit și transformat într-o tabără de vară experimentală menită să reunească adolescenții privilegiați și din clasa inferioară. În ziua în care tinerii se urcă în autobuze spre tabără, Angela trece peste o potențială turistă cu un camion de gunoi și îi asumă identitatea. Odată ce s-a infiltrat în tabără, începe adevărata teroare.
