Set in 411 AD, Pendragon tells the story of young Artos who is raised to believe that God has a purpose for each day. When his family killed and he is taken into slavery by the Saxons, Artos questions his God. Rezumat (EN)

Set in 411 AD, Pendragon tells the story of young Artos who is raised to believe that God has a purpose for each day. Saxonii condusi de Hengest ameninta Britannia. Un "hop" de trecut este cetatea Pendragon, condusa de regele Pendragon care-si crescuse copiii, pe Artos si Adria in spiritul credintei si al luptei pentru existenta si libertate. Lupta inevitabila dintre saxoni si pendragoni se soldeaza cu victoria primilor. Regele moare in lupta. Adria si mama ei dispar, iar Artos devine sclavul unui saxon. Acesta il exploateaza si-l biciuieste pentru orice motiv, real sau imaginar. La un moment dat, Artos reusest…
