A man begins to have disturbing visions of dead people, among whom are his mother and victims of a local serial killer. All telling their story of how they died, and how their murderer is still out there. The detective investigating the murders looks to him for help in solving the case.
James Van Praagh e un personaj ciudat care, inca din copilarie, vede oameni morti si poate intra in legatura cu ei. Dupa ce o ajuta pe detectiva Karen Condrin sa dezlege misterul mortii unui batran, James ajunge sa lucreze indeaproape cu politia. Un alt caz extrem de complicat de rezolvat este cel al unor copii ucisi cu sapte ani in urma si ingropati intr-o padure izolata.
