In 1862, amidst the rule of the late Joseon dynasty in Korea, a band of fighters named Kundo rise against the unjust authorities.

1859. In ultimele zile ale dinastiei Joseon, lacomia aristocratilor aduce saracie si moarte. Un grup de banditi care isi spun KUNDO - se ridica impotriva tiranilor, luand de la cei bogati si daruind celor saraci. Intr-o epoca in care statutul este decis prin nastere, aceasta banda de hoti isi risca viata pentru onoare, in numele celor saraci si oprimati.
