Bookish and unpopular Mandy finds her luck finally changing when Drew, the school hottie, invites her to the year's biggest party. But with being grounded and Drew's ex-girlfriend bent on thwarting her, Mandy may be destined to remain a geek. Can a little ingenuity and some help from her friends save the day?

Ashley Tisdale interpreteaza rolul tinerei Mandy, fata stearsa si nepopulara a liceului, care se trezeste invitata la cea mai tare petrecere a anului de cel mai sexy tip din liceu. Dar calea spre fericire si popularitate nu e usoara: Mandy trebuie sa-si infrunte tatal excesiv de protector si pe fosta iubita a baiatului, care e capabila de orice pentru a o scoate pe Mandy din peisaj.
