A gigantic Christmas tree travels across Bulgaria towards the capital passing birthdays, pregnancies, a suicidal man and gypsies. The countless stories on the way sketch a realistic and poetic image of this brand new member of the European Union.

O padure imensa de brazi este taiata in munti de Craciun. Transportarea brazilor de-a lungul Bulgariei este legatura intre sase povesti fie cu triste, fie euforice despre venirea Craciunului. In aceste povesti, se prezinta mentalitati variate ale unor persoane reprezentind categorii sociale diferite, intr-o fresca a Bulgariei post-socialiste.
