I Am the Night urmareste povestea incredibila a Faunei Hodel (Eisley), care a fost abandonata la nastere. Pe masura ce Fauna incepe sa investigheze secretele trecutului sau, drumul o duce pe cai sinistre care se invart in jurul unui ginecolog de renume, doctorul George Hodel (Mays), un barbat implicat in cele mai intunecate orgii de la Hollywood. Pine joaca rolul lui Jay Singletary, un fost angajat in Marina care a devenit intre timp un reporter/paparazzo.
