Rezumat (EN)
After 40 years in a cell for the mentally ill, Coffin Joe is finally freed. Back on the streets, the sadistic gravedigger is set on fulfilling that for which he was imprisoned: find the woman who can give him the perfect child. During his wanderings through the city of São Paulo he leaves behind a trail of horror as he faces unnatural laws and popular beliefs.

După 40 de ani într-o celulă pentru bolnavi mintal, Coffin Joe este în sfârșit eliberat. Întors pe străzi, groparul sadic este hotărât să îndeplinească ceea ce visa înainte de a fi întemnițat: să găsească femeia care îi poate oferi copilul perfect. În timpul rătăcirilor sale prin orașul São Paulo, el lasă în urmă o urmă de groază, în timp ce se confruntă cu legi nefirești și credințe populare.
