Rick Stevens (Nat Wolff) un tanar in varsta de 16 ani este indragostit pana peste urechi de Nina Pennington (Selena Gomez). Atunci cand Rick afla de despartirea Ninei de fostul sau prieten Kevin (Austin Stowell), pune un pariu cu prietenul sau,Karlis Malinauskas (Nate Hartley), ca va ajunge in patul Ninei inainte de Arbor Day. Acest pariu duce la o intreaga serie de evenimente neasteptate si bizare. Va reusi Rick sa-si duca promisiunea la bun sfarsit?
