If you've never been good at anything in your life, why would murder be any different? Patrick has always had a somewhat combative relationship with his little sister Marilyn, but when she brings home her new sci-fi soap star fiancé Ryan, it's all out war. When Patrick fails to drive a wedge between the happy couple, he reaches for sharper instruments.

Daca n-ai fost bun la nimic in viata de ce ai fi capabil sa comiti o crima? A dog's Breakfast e un film daramator, despre tot ce se poate intampla cand doi oameni se iubesc atat de mult incat se rup in bucati. Patrick a avut dintotdeauna o relatie mai stransa, dar si inversunata cu sora lui mai mica Marilyn. Dar cand aceasta il aduce acasa pe noul ei logodnic, vedeta TV Ryan, totul se transforma intr-un adevarat razboi. Patrick este o persoana solitara si singurul lui contact cu lumea exterioara…
