A group of friends head to a deserted Caribbean island for a surprise overnight bachelor party only to discover that the island isn't deserted. It's actually the home to a secret medical facility. Not only that, there's something wrong with the water surrounding the island...
In timpul unei croaziere in Caraibe, vasul pe care se afla o gasca de turisti se loveste de o salupa abandonata aproape de tarm. Atunci cand decid sa exploreze epava, toti membrii vasului intra in contact cu o bacterie letala. In scurt timp, virusul va pune stapanire pe tot echipajul, care va fi nevoit sa declanseze o lupta suprema pentru supravietuire, pe o insula pustie, lipsit de orice ajutor.
